We understand that managing infrastructure projects involve complex challenges that need to be solved with equal amounts of innovation and experimentation. We must then understand that public officers need to be empowered with enough autonomy and institutional support to deliver successful negotiations, hence successful projects. We believe in feeding that environment of innovation and experimentation with expert inputs.
We look forward to reduce the gap between the technical aspects and the materialization of public policies related to infrastructure development.
Development requires innovation and experimentation.
